Shipping Policy Overview
This Shipping Policy outlines everything you need to know about how THR1V3 Collective processes, prepares, ships, and delivers your order. It covers order processing timelines, shipping timeframes, delivery expectations, tracking, and how we handle issues that may arise during transit.
Please read this page carefully before placing your order. By completing a purchase on shopthr1v3.com, you acknowledge and agree to the terms described here. All delivery windows referenced throughout this policy are estimates based on standard carrier operations and are not guaranteed arrival dates.
Order Processing
Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, it enters our fulfillment queue for review, preparation, and packaging. Standard order processing takes approximately 2–5 business days before your order is handed off to a carrier for shipment.
Processing times may be extended during product launches, promotional sales, holidays, high-volume order periods, or unexpected operational circumstances. We appreciate your patience during these times and will always work to get your order out as efficiently as possible.
Please note that processing time is separate from shipping transit time. Your total delivery window includes both the time it takes to prepare your order and the time it takes the carrier to deliver it to you.
Shipping Timeframes
After your order has been fulfilled and handed to the carrier, standard domestic delivery typically takes 3–5 business days. Many orders arrive within 7 business days total from the date of purchase, though this is not a guarantee.
Final shipping speed depends on a number of factors including your delivery destination, carrier operations, seasonal shipping volume, weather conditions, and other external circumstances beyond our direct control. THR1V3 Collective does not guarantee exact arrival dates and is not responsible for carrier-related delays once a package has been dispatched.
Shipping Coverage
THR1V3 Collective currently ships to the United States and select international countries. If your country or region is not available at checkout, it is not currently supported as a shipping destination. We are continuously working to expand our shipping coverage.
It is the customer's sole responsibility to provide a complete, accurate, and deliverable shipping address at the time of checkout. THR1V3 Collective is not liable for orders that are delayed, misdelivered, or returned due to incomplete or incorrect address information submitted by the customer.
Shipping Rates and Promotions
Shipping charges are calculated based on your order details, destination, and selected shipping method, and are displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. No shipping charges are applied without your review and confirmation.
THR1V3 Collective may offer free shipping on orders over $50 when this promotion is active. Free shipping promotions, thresholds, eligible products, and qualifying regions are subject to change at any time without prior notice. Please review the current offer at checkout to confirm eligibility.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a direct link to monitor your package's progress. Please allow up to 24–48 hours after receiving your confirmation for tracking information to become active in the carrier's system.
We encourage you to monitor your shipment directly through the carrier's tracking portal for the most accurate and up-to-date delivery status. If you have not received a shipping confirmation within your expected processing window, please contact our support team.
Split Shipments
Orders containing multiple products may be shipped in separate packages depending on fulfillment location, product category, packaging requirements, or item availability at the time of dispatch. If your order is split into multiple shipments, you will receive individual tracking information for each package.
Please be aware that separate shipments may arrive on different days. Receiving one package does not necessarily mean your full order has been delivered. Review all tracking links provided in your confirmation emails to monitor each shipment.
Shipping Delays
While we strive to meet all estimated delivery windows, delays can and do occur. Common causes include severe weather events, carrier backlogs, regional service disruptions, national holidays, high seasonal order volume, customs processing for international shipments, or incorrect address information.
Once a package has been handed to the carrier, transit delays are generally outside of THR1V3 Collective's direct control. However, we remain committed to helping our customers understand and navigate shipping issues whenever possible. If your order appears significantly delayed, please reach out to our support team and we will do our best to assist you.
Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Addresses
Please carefully review your shipping address before submitting your order. Once an order is placed, address changes may only be possible if the order has not yet entered the fulfillment or shipment preparation stage. We cannot guarantee that address corrections can be made after an order is confirmed.
If an order is returned to us due to an incomplete, invalid, or undeliverable address provided by the customer, the customer may be responsible for any applicable reshipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable in these cases. Please contact us as soon as possible at shopthr1v3.help@gmail.com if you believe you entered an incorrect address.
Lost, Missing, or Marked Delivered Packages
If your tracking information shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, we ask that you first take the following steps before contacting support:
- Check around your property, including porches, side doors, garages, and mailboxes
- Check with neighbors, household members, building mailrooms, or leasing offices
- Allow 1–2 additional business days, as carriers occasionally mark packages as delivered slightly before physical delivery
- Contact your local carrier facility directly with your tracking number for additional information
If your package cannot be located after completing the steps above, please contact us at shopthr1v3.help@gmail.com with your order number and tracking details. Lost-package claims are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and we will work with you to find a resolution.
Damaged, Incorrect, or Incomplete Orders
If your order arrives damaged, contains incorrect items, or is missing products, please contact our support team within 7 days of delivery. Claims submitted after this window may not be eligible for review.
To process your claim efficiently, please include the following when reaching out:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item(s)
- Photos of the original packaging and shipping label, if applicable
- A brief description of the issue
Approved claims may qualify for a replacement, store credit, or refund at THR1V3 Collective's discretion, depending on the nature and circumstances of the issue. Please email us at shopthr1v3.help@gmail.com to initiate a claim.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For international orders, your shipment may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees imposed by your country's customs authority upon arrival. These charges are determined by your local government and are entirely outside of THR1V3 Collective's control.
Unless explicitly stated at checkout, customs duties and import fees are not included in your order subtotal or shipping charges and are the sole responsibility of the recipient. THR1V3 Collective is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing or for packages held at customs due to unpaid duties.
Refused Shipments and Returned Packages
If you refuse delivery of a shipment or if a package is returned to us as undeliverable, please be aware that original shipping charges are generally non-refundable. If you would like your order reshipped, additional shipping charges may apply.
Once a returned package is received and inspected, we will contact you to discuss next steps. THR1V3 Collective reserves the right to deduct applicable shipping and handling costs from any eligible refund in these situations.
