How do I find the right size?
We recommend checking our size chart before ordering. Sizing can vary slightly by product style. When in doubt, size up — especially for hoodies and oversized tees. Our size chart is available on each product page.
Where can I find the size chart?
Every product page includes a size chart link or image. Scroll down on the product listing to find measurements for that specific item. If you can't find it, contact us and we'll send it over.
How are your products made?
Our products are made through print-on-demand production. That means each item is printed and fulfilled individually after you place your order. This allows us to offer high-quality, unique designs without excess inventory — and it means your order is made specifically for you.
How long does production and shipping take?
Production typically takes 2–5 business days before your order ships. Once shipped, delivery usually takes 3–5 business days, with most orders arriving within 7 business days total. During peak seasons or high-demand periods, allow a little extra time.
Where do you ship?
We primarily ship within the United States. International shipping availability may vary by product. If you're outside the US and want to place an order, contact us and we'll do our best to make it work.
What is your return and exchange policy?
Because our products are print-on-demand and made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues or change of mind. However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will make it right — no questions asked. See below for details.
What if my order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect?
We're sorry if that happened — it's not the standard we hold ourselves to. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll send a replacement or issue a refund promptly.
Do you offer discount codes or sales?
Yes! We run promotions regularly. When active, you may receive 15% off select items or qualify for free shipping on orders over $50. Follow us on social media and subscribe to our email list to be the first to know about drops and deals.
How do I apply a discount code?
At checkout, you'll see a field to enter your discount code. Enter it there and the discount will be applied to your order total before payment. Only one discount code can be applied per order.
