Policy Overview

This Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges Policy outlines the terms under which THR1V3 Collective may accept return requests, process refunds, or facilitate exchanges. It applies to all purchases made through shopthr1v3.com.

We encourage all customers to carefully review product descriptions, sizing guides, photos, and order details before completing a purchase. Because many of our products are prepared specifically for each order, we are unable to accommodate all return or exchange requests. Please read this policy in full before reaching out to our support team.

Return Eligibility

To be considered for a return, refund, or exchange, a request must be submitted within 7 days of the confirmed delivery date. Requests submitted after this window will not be eligible for review.

Eligible items must be in their original condition — unworn, unwashed, unused, unaltered, and free from damage not caused by THR1V3 Collective. Where applicable, items should be returned in their original packaging. Meeting these conditions does not guarantee approval; all requests are reviewed individually based on the circumstances of the order.

Items That Are Not Eligible for Return or Exchange

The following items and situations are generally not eligible for return, exchange, or refund:

  • Incorrect size or fit — Items ordered in the wrong size by the customer. Please consult our sizing guide before ordering.
  • Change of mind or buyer's remorse — We do not accept returns based on preference changes after purchase.
  • Worn, used, washed, or altered items — Any item that has been used or modified after delivery is not eligible.
  • Customer-caused damage — Items damaged through misuse, improper care, or negligence after delivery.
  • Clearance and final sale items — All sales on clearance or final sale items are final and non-returnable.
  • Personalized or custom items — Items produced with custom names, text, or specifications are non-returnable unless defective.
  • Digital products — All digital downloads or digital goods are non-refundable once accessed or delivered.
  • Gift cards — Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or contains incorrect or missing items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We take product quality seriously and will work to make it right for legitimate issues.

To initiate a claim, email shopthr1v3.help@gmail.com with the following:

  • Your full name and order number
  • A clear description of the issue
  • Photos of the item(s), the packaging, and the shipping label

All claims are reviewed individually. Approved claims may qualify for a replacement, store credit, or refund at THR1V3 Collective's discretion based on the nature of the issue. Claims submitted without supporting documentation may not be approved.

Exchanges

THR1V3 Collective does not offer standard size or style exchanges for orders placed correctly. Exchanges are generally only available in cases where an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect through no fault of the customer.

If you ordered the wrong size or style, you are welcome to place a new order for the correct item. If your original order qualifies for a return under this policy, a refund or store credit may be issued upon approval once the return is processed.

Return Request Process

To request a return, refund, or exchange, please follow these steps:

  1. Email shopthr1v3.help@gmail.com within 7 days of your delivery date
  2. Include your full name, order number, and a clear explanation of your request
  3. Attach photos if your request involves a damaged, defective, or incorrect item
  4. Wait for a response from our team before taking any further action

Please do not send any product back without first receiving written approval and return instructions from our team. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted and may not be eligible for a refund or credit. Our team will provide all necessary instructions if your request is approved.

Return Shipping

Return shipping responsibility depends on the nature of the approved request:

  • THR1V3 error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item): THR1V3 Collective will cover or arrange return shipping support as part of the resolution process.
  • All other approved returns: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as THR1V3 Collective is not responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit.

Original outbound shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the direct result of an error made by THR1V3 Collective.

Refund Approval and Processing

Refunds are not automatically issued upon request. All refund requests are reviewed and approved at THR1V3 Collective's discretion based on the circumstances of the order and the terms of this policy.

Approved refunds are generally issued to the original payment method used at checkout, unless a store credit arrangement is agreed upon. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refunded amount to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider's processing timeline. THR1V3 Collective is not responsible for delays caused by financial institutions.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return or refund is the direct result of an error on our part.

Store Credit

In some cases, THR1V3 Collective may offer store credit as an alternative to a monetary refund. Store credit is issued digitally and can be applied toward future purchases on shopthr1v3.com. Store credit terms, including any applicable expiration, will be communicated at the time of issuance. Store credit is non-transferable and has no cash value.

Order Cancellations and Changes

We understand that circumstances change. If you need to cancel or modify an order, please contact us as soon as possible at shopthr1v3.help@gmail.com. Cancellations and changes may only be accommodated before an order enters fulfillment or production.

Once an order has been submitted for processing, preparation, or shipment, we may no longer be able to make changes or cancel the order. We cannot guarantee cancellation requests will be fulfilled, but we will always do our best to assist when timing allows.

Refused Delivery and Returned-to-Sender Packages

If a package is refused at delivery, returned to sender due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or goes unclaimed after failed delivery attempts, the following may apply:

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • Reshipping fees may be required to resend the package
  • If a refund is issued for a returned package, applicable shipping and handling costs may be deducted from the refund amount

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at the time of checkout. Contact us promptly if you believe an error was made.

Policy Abuse and Fraud Prevention

THR1V3 Collective is committed to treating every customer fairly and resolving legitimate issues with care. However, we reserve the right to deny return, refund, exchange, or claim requests in cases involving abuse of this policy, excessive or repeated claims, fraudulent activity, misrepresentation, or any other misuse of our support processes, where permitted by applicable law. We take the integrity of our brand and our customer relationships seriously and will act accordingly.

International Orders

For customers outside the United States, please be aware that return shipping costs, customs duties, import taxes, and any associated fees for returning an item are the sole responsibility of the customer. THR1V3 Collective does not reimburse international return shipping or import-related charges.

Original customs duties or import fees paid at the time of delivery are generally not refundable through THR1V3 Collective, as these charges are collected by your country's customs authority and are outside of our control.
